A contemporary women’s fashion brand needed to scale their spend and new customers while maintaining an efficient ROAS. They approached Fluency Firm to partner with them to achieve impressive results by strategically structuring their accounts, segmenting campaigns, and optimizing their creative strategies.

SOLUTIONS

We implemented firm purchaser exclusions across Top of Funnel (TOF) and Middle of Funnel (MOF) stages, with a focus on maintaining an 80/20 split between new and returning customers. With this we were able to focus the spend on finding & acquiring new customers, which aligned with the brand's goals. We utilized both ASC campaigns and interest/Lookalike (LAL) audience ad sets within specific category/product type campaigns to reach varying SKU's and product categories. This campaign segmentation not only allowed us to scale budgets effectively but also provided valuable creative insights to enhance ad performance based on funnel stage.
